Gunmen suspected to be Armed Robbers on Monday night opened fire on eight policemen on duty at Galadimawa roundabout in Abuja, killing seven and critically injuring one, according to DAILY NIGERIAN report.

The report revealed that the gunmen lowered the windows of their car, fired the shots and zoomed off.

Spokesman for the Federal Capital Territory Command of the Nigeria police, Anjuguri Manzah, neither picked our reporter’s call nor replied text message seeking police confirmation on the killings.
